1. Analytical Precision
Analytical susceptibility study was performed with known values and recombinant antigens commercially available for SARS Cov-2 virus.
The analytical susceptibility chart obtained as a result of the tests performed with the specified antigens is given in the table.

2. Inactive Virus Susceptibility
In the dilution study performed with 109 pfu/ml inactivated SARS Cov-2 virus, the sensitivity of 1/20,000 dilution and the inactivated virus was 40,000 pfu/ml.
3. Sars Cov 2 Covid 19 Antigen Rapid Test Clinical Performance
Samples from 93 RT-PCR-identified positive patients were processed with this assay, and 90 samples were detected as positive; On the other hand, 327 samples were detected as negative in samples taken from 3222 RT-PCR-identified negative patients.
