To establish the awareness of quality service in all units as management and personnel and to ensure the participation of employees in quality improvement activities by creating training programs,

To provide a service that values the patient in Patient Admission services, in well organized places, with our courteous, prezentabl, smiling, polite and empathetic staff,

To be a modern laboratory that continuously produces information by using well-trained personnel who know and apply the quality management system documentation, accepted test methods and advanced devices,

Adhering to the principle of independence, impartiality and confidentiality in service provision, to adopt a scientifically based, unbiased, good professional and technical practice in the delivery of analyzes and services,

To continuously improve our quality and management system in accordance with the international 'TS EN ISO / IEC 15189 Quality Management System' standard, innovations in science and technology.

To support the participation of employees in national and international congresses / seminars / publications, to reach the most up-to-date information within the scope of clinical and laboratory and present it to our patients by personally participating in ongoing studies.
